In the application forms you will need to upload certain documents. These documents are obligatory, and if they are not uploaded in your file, your application will be regarded as incomplete.

All documents need to be translated in English.

Templates of documents to upload in application

• Bachelor - Master: Learning agreement
• PhD - Postdoc: Work plan
• Staff: Work plan

Note for Learning agreement: If you apply for an exchange period abroad, it is imperative that you fill in all the courses you wish to follow in the host university. If you are applying for a full degree scholarship, you need to clearly indicate which master programme you wish to follow at the host university, and how much time it will take.

Note for Work plan: this plan indicates a summary of the different stages of the planned training, research or teaching activities

Compulsory documents in all the different sections of the application forms:

• Personal documents:
• Photocopy of passport or other official identification proof
• Photo
• Language skills:
• English language certificates (internationally recognized certificates)
• Other language certificates if applicable
• Check with the host university of your choice to see what the specific requirements are.
• Academic record:
• Scanned version of Academic Transcripts including final average grade (i.e. transcripts from the whole academic career). Undergraduate students must proof that they have successfully completed at least one year of studies at higher education level
• Exchange Bachelor - Master:
• Learning agreement: Please indicate which courses you wish to follow during your exchange period.
• Transcript of Records
• Certificate of degree obtained (for degree students)
• Degree Master:
• Learning agreement: Please indicate which master programme you wish to follow at the host university.
• Transcript of Records
• Certificate of degree obtained (for degree students)
• Exchange / Degree PhD:
• Work Plan duly signed
• Transcript of Records (if applicable)
• Certificate of degree obtained (for degree students)
• Pre-acceptance letter host university
• Exchange Postdoctorate and Staff:
• Research Plan or Work plan
• Recommendation and motivation:
• At least one recommendation letter, preferably from academic staff members or other persons who have had an academic or work relation with the applicant.
• Target Group 3: description and proof of their vulnerable situation.
